Our technicians perform all of the preliminary testing on the patients before their exam, as well as any special testing the doctor orders. They are also responsible for helping the doctors by getting them contacts or anything else needed during the exam, escorting the patients to optical or to the front desk, as well as confirming appointments.

Kim enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

them see the best they can.
Crystal, CPOA, BS- Dr. Satryans Main Technician
Four-wheeling, camping, watching movies, the occasional adult beverage and reading are all things Crystal enjoys while away from the office. Her
favorite thing about being a technician is directly interacting with the patients and enhancing their vision. She appreciates the community outreach within our office, and
has been on several mission trips with Dr. Satryan and VOSH PA to Haiti.
Karly, CPO, MA- Dr. Krepp’s Main Technician
Karly is a Pittsburgh Penguin fanatic and loves going to their games.
She is a thrill seeker who enjoys going to amusement parks and riding rollercoasters.
One thing she loves about her job is working closely with her patients, as well as working with a
great group of coworkers and doctors.
Michele, CPO- Dr. Jones Main Technician
Michele enjoys seeing familiar faces while she is at work.
She likes being able to answer questions or concerns about testing to help put patients at ease.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and her two step children.
Jillian – Dr. Rettigs Technician
Jillian enjoys making delicious sweet treats and food! She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and two Yorkies.
She appreciates how kind and welcoming her coworkers and patients are.
Kort- Dr. Jones Tech
Kort enjoys connecting with and helping people on a daily basis.
In his free time you can catch him taking his dogs on a hike, cooking, painting, and gardening.
Emilee- Dr. Petrunaks Lead tech
Connecting with patients on a daily basis is the main reason Emilee enjoys working at Mountain View.
Outside of work spending time with family and friends is her main enjoyment. She also likes doing things outdoors.
Emily- Dr. Jones Tech
Emily loves working closely with her dad, Dr. Jones. She appreciates getting to meet and talking with patients while at work.
When she is off the clock she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as lifting weights, performing music,
and running her candle business.
