Insurance Department
Our insurance department is responsible for billing the patients vision and/or health insurance for the services provided, as well as directing insurance payments were they need to go. They answer any questions either from the staff or the patients, and keep our staff up to date on any insurance changes. The insurance department may only be made up of three people, but there is over 60 years of experience between them!

Working behind the scenes to ensure our patients get the gold standard of care from check in to check out is what Michelle loves about her job. When she is not billing insurance you can see her in the stands cheering on her boys at their football games. She also enjoys camping with her family.
